How To Apply For A Before & After School Program

1. In-Person Application
   1. Pick-up an application at your child’s school of enrollment.
   2. Complete the application with all required information and return it on the first day of school to the Before and/or After School program staff.
2. Online Application
   1. Click on the list of available programs by school.
   2. Find your child’s school of enrollment.
   3. Click on the agency provider to obtain the appropriate program application.
   4. Download, print, and submit your application on the first day of school to the Before and/or After School program staff.  For LA’s BEST sites, the link will take you to an online application where your information will be submitted directly to LA’s BEST.
